ONE STAGE / LEGAL

Privacy
policy.

Effective and last updated: October 15, 2026

Your talent comes with a personal story. This policy explains how JAXE Entertainment LLC, the United States–based operator of ONE Stage, handles information when you audition, connect TikTok, learn in the Academy, or contact our team.

01. Who we are and scope

“ONE Stage,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean JAXE Entertainment LLC. This policy covers onestagehq.com, our audition forms, the ONE Stage Artist app, Artist Access, the Academy, creator dashboards, and related communications and support (the “Services”). We are responsible for deciding how personal information is used for these Services.

This policy covers information you give us, information received from a connected platform with your authorization, creator information available to our team through agency reports or public profiles, and information generated when you use the Services. TikTok and other independent services have their own privacy policies for their processing. Our Terms and Conditions also apply to use of ONE Stage.

02. Information we collect

The information involved depends on the features you use:

  • Auditions and applications: your name, email address, age, country or region, language, social handle, artist discipline, experience, goals, performance links, consent responses, and any photos or videos you upload. Submitted files can include your image, voice, performance, file name, and other information you include.
  • Artist accounts and profiles: your audition and roster identifiers, approval and invitation status, assigned region or manager, profile biography, onboarding details, and the TikTok information described below. We also record account-linking and sign-in information needed to maintain your access.
  • Academy learning: assigned learning track, lessons visited, recent activity, checklist responses, assessment scores, completion status and dates, evidence screenshots or other requested submissions, and review notes or feedback.
  • Creator performance and agency records: information imported by authorized team members from creator-network reports or entered for program administration. This can include creator identifiers, group and joining information, LIVE hours and days, streams, Diamonds, Matches, follower growth, fan and Fan Club metrics, tier or graduation status, reporting periods, and bonus records.
  • Communications and preferences: emails and support messages, information you choose to attach, contact and language preferences, reminder choices, and records of messages sent or delivery attempts.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address and request information processed by our hosting services, browser or device information, session and security identifiers, errors, consent preferences, and browser storage used to run the Services.

Information in a performance link, screenshot, or recording can concern other people. Submit only information you have the right to share, and avoid unnecessary private details.

03. Your TikTok connection

When you choose to continue with TikTok, TikTok asks you to authorize the permissions requested by ONE Stage. Data access depends on the permissions TikTok approves for our application, the permissions you grant, and the fields TikTok makes available. Approval of a permission for our application alone does not authorize access to your account. TikTok describes this process in its permissions overview.

  • Basic identity: with basic profile permission, we can receive TikTok account identifiers, including an app-specific ID and, where available, an identifier shared across apps from the same developer, your display name, and profile image.
  • Additional profile information: with profile permission, we can receive your username, biography, profile links, and verification status.
  • Profile statistics: where approved and authorized, statistics permission lets us receive aggregate follower, following, likes, and video counts. These profile counts are distinct from the LIVE and agency-report metrics our team may separately import.

We use this information to match your TikTok account to your approved creator record, authenticate access, populate your artist profile, keep profile information current, and support creator dashboards and coaching. We may store the authorized profile fields and statistics with your ONE Stage record and cache a profile image so it can be displayed reliably.

These profile permissions do not give us your TikTok password or permission to publish posts. Our current sign-in implementation uses the TikTok access token during the sign-in request to retrieve authorized profile data; it does not persist TikTok access or refresh tokens for later background use. Your separate ONE Stage session can remain active until it expires or you sign out.

You can decline or revoke TikTok permissions. Features that depend on a required permission, including Artist Access sign-in, may then be unavailable. See Disconnecting and deletion for how to remove access or request deletion. TikTok handles information under its own Privacy Policy.

04. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Receive and review auditions, assess suitability, administer application and invitation steps, and communicate decisions or next steps.
  • Create and maintain creator records, verify account ownership through TikTok sign-in, manage access, and provide artist profiles and dashboards.
  • Deliver Academy lessons, save learning progress, review assessments and evidence, provide feedback, and send completion messages or reminders.
  • Understand creator progress, provide coaching and manager support, compare reporting periods, and administer applicable program or bonus records.
  • Answer questions, connect support conversations to the correct artist, and manage communication preferences.
  • Maintain and improve the Services, diagnose errors, prevent misuse, protect accounts and submissions, and meet applicable legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Required form fields and sign-in permissions support the relevant feature. If you do not provide them, we may be unable to process your audition or provide that feature. Additional uses requiring a separate permission or agreement will be presented separately.

06. Who receives information

Information is available to authorized ONE Stage and JAXE personnel, including talent reviewers, administrators, and managers, as needed for their work. We also use services that process information to operate ONE Stage:

  • Hosting, storage, and delivery: Cloudflare and the Sites hosting platform support website delivery, application infrastructure, database records, and stored media. Infrastructure providers process requests and related technical information.
  • Email delivery: Resend processes recipient information and message content to deliver application, account, Academy, and internal operational emails.
  • JAXE support: when you open support, the support system receives a signed connection identifying your ONE Stage account and relevant profile details, such as name, email, handle, avatar, biography, region, and manager, together with the messages you send.
  • TikTok: TikTok processes the authorization and profile requests involved in connecting your account.
  • Embedded media: YouTube or other media providers may receive your IP address, browser information, and interactions when their thumbnails, players, or linked content load. Their own policies apply to information they collect.

We may disclose information when you request or authorize it, when required by law or a valid legal process, or as reasonably necessary to address fraud, safety, security, or legal claims. If a business reorganization or transfer involves the Services, relevant records may be transferred subject to applicable legal requirements.

Submitting an audition does not itself authorize general public promotional use of your performance. Public promotion beyond providing the Services requires separate permission or another applicable agreement.

07. Cookies and browser storage

We use necessary cookies and similar storage for sign-in, security, consent choices, language preferences, and core site functions. Local or session storage also supports the app experience, such as remembering language and dismissed notifications. Clearing browser storage or signing out does not delete your server-stored artist record or Academy progress.

Our cookie controls let you accept, reject, or manage optional analytics and advertising categories. Optional storage remains off unless you allow it. Our current Cookie Notice states that no advertising cookies are active. See the Cookie Notice for details, and use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choices. Independent third-party media and websites can have their own storage practices and controls.

08. Email and support

We use your email address for application updates, invitation instructions, account and security messages, Academy completion notices, and learning reminders. You can pause or restart Academy reminders in Artist settings or use the preference link provided with a reminder. Essential application and account messages may still be necessary to provide the Services.

When contacting support, share the details needed to investigate your request. Do not send your TikTok password, payment credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information. We use your support history and relevant account information to respond and follow up.

09. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, taking account of your application or account status, the Services and creator relationship, the usefulness of learning or performance history, your requests, and applicable legal, security, and dispute-resolution requirements. Different records may need different retention periods.

We review deletion and account-closure requests individually. Information no longer needed for these purposes is deleted or de-identified, subject to applicable requirements. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations, address fraud or disputes, or document the handling of a request. Retained information remains subject to this policy. We do not promise that removing a platform connection instantly deletes every copy or a record you separately submitted.

10. Disconnecting and deletion

Remove TikTok access: in TikTok, open Profile → Menu → Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services permissions, select ONE Stage, and choose Remove access. Labels can vary by app version or region; TikTok maintains instructions for connected apps. This revokes the platform permission for future authorized access. Sign out of ONE Stage as well if you want to end your current ONE Stage session.

Request deletion or closure: email hi@onestagehq.com and tell us whether you want to delete TikTok-sourced data, correct information, close your ONE Stage account, or delete other personal information. Include the email address or TikTok handle associated with your record so we can locate it. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your authority; we will not ask for your TikTok password.

Removing TikTok access and deleting ONE Stage records are separate steps. Platform disconnection does not automatically erase auditions, uploaded media, Academy records, support correspondence, or agency reports. We will review your request, explain any applicable retention limits, and communicate the outcome. Closing ONE Stage does not delete your TikTok account or automatically end a separate agency agreement or TikTok agency relationship.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to know about or access your personal information, obtain a copy or portable version, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. Some jurisdictions also provide rights to appeal a decision about a privacy request or complain to a data-protection authority.

Contact hi@onestagehq.com to exercise a right, ask about an applicable choice, or raise a concern. Tell us your location and the action you want us to take. We will assess the request under applicable law, verify identity where appropriate, and explain any exception or further steps. Where the law permits an authorized representative, we may require evidence of their authority. You can also contact the relevant privacy regulator where that right applies.

12. Security and international processing

We use measures such as account authentication, restricted administrative access, signed sessions, and controls on access to uploaded materials to protect information. No website, storage service, or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account and device secure, and contact us if you believe your information or access has been compromised.

JAXE Entertainment LLC is based in the United States, and our personnel and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. These countries may have different privacy laws from your location. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, those requirements apply to our processing. Contact us for information about the processing and safeguards relevant to your data.

13. Age and eligibility

ONE Stage programs and connected-platform features have eligibility requirements described in our Terms and Conditions and the applicable platform rules. A TikTok connection does not verify your age or remove those requirements. Do not submit information or use a feature if you are not eligible to do so. Where participation by someone below the age of legal majority is legally permitted, a parent or legal guardian must authorize participation as required.

If you are a parent or guardian with a concern about information submitted by a child, contact hi@onestagehq.com so we can review the circumstances and take appropriate action.

14. Policy updates

We may update this policy when the Services, data practices, or applicable requirements change. The effective and last-updated date appears above. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required for a material change.
