01. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of onestagehq.com, its audition forms, the ONE Stage Artist app, Academy, creator dashboard, and related support services (together, the “Services”). “ONE Stage,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to JAXE Entertainment LLC. “You” refers to the person using the Services.

By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. A separate written agreement for representation, a campaign, a commercial opportunity, or another specific arrangement continues to govern that arrangement. These website terms do not replace it.

02. Eligibility

You must be legally able to agree to these terms and comply with the laws and platform rules that apply to you. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and authorize your participation where participation is legally permitted. Do not submit another person’s information without appropriate authority.

TikTok features have their own age and eligibility requirements. In particular, TikTok LIVE requires creators to be at least 18; Gifts and other features may have additional or different regional requirements. An audition, a ONE Stage account, or TikTok sign-in does not override those requirements or verify your age.

03. Auditions and acceptance

Provide accurate contact details, age, region, social handles, and audition materials, and keep important details current. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit your performance, recordings, and information.

We review auditions and may request more information. Pre-approval by ONE Stage is a step in our review process; it does not mean TikTok has approved an application or accepted an agency invitation. When required, you must separately complete the regional TikTok application and accept the invitation in TikTok. TikTok makes its own eligibility and approval decisions.

Submission, pre-approval, Academy completion, or access to the Services does not by itself guarantee representation under a separate agreement, employment, sponsorship, audience growth, earnings, or an opportunity to perform. We communicate the outcome and next steps through the contact information you provide.

04. Your account

Artist Access is intended for approved creators using the TikTok account connected to their ONE Stage profile. Use only accounts you control. Keep your sign-in credentials and private access links secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share access to private Academy materials or impersonate another creator. TikTok login and authorization remain subject to TikTok’s own terms and your selected permissions.

05. Academy and support

The Academy provides educational videos, practical guidance, assignments, assessments, and progress tools for creators. Complete assessments honestly and use performance and equipment guidance safely, within your own abilities and environment.

Lesson completion records reflect progress within ONE Stage. They are not an academic degree, professional license, TikTok certification, or guarantee of platform approval. Coaching, manager support, educational content, and available features may vary by program, region, and availability.

Education about Gifts, Diamonds, Matches, and community support does not guarantee income. Viewer support is voluntary. Do not pressure, mislead, or shame viewers into spending money, and do not encourage anyone to evade platform limits or age requirements.

06. Fees and third-party offers

Submitting a ONE Stage audition and accessing the Academy assigned to you are currently free. These terms do not authorize a payment, subscription, or automatic charge. Any separately offered paid service or commercial arrangement must be clearly disclosed and agreed to separately.

Purchasing equipment is optional. Partner discounts and third-party purchases are governed by the seller’s current offer, availability, payment, delivery, and return terms. A partner link does not guarantee a product’s suitability or a particular result. Any contest, campaign, or incentive is subject to its separately published rules; participation in ONE Stage alone does not create an entitlement to a bonus or prize.

07. Your performances and submissions

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive permission to receive, store, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably needed to review your audition, provide the Services you request, administer your account and learning progress, and respond to support requests. Access may be provided to authorized team members and service providers for those purposes.

This permission does not give us ownership of your music or performances, an exclusive recording right, or a general right to sell your work. Public promotional use beyond the Services requires your separate permission or another applicable agreement.

Do not submit material that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity rights, or another person’s rights. This includes music, recordings, images, and appearances for which you do not have the necessary permissions. Report a rights concern to hi@onestagehq.com, identifying the material, its location, and your relationship to the rights owner.

08. ONE Stage materials

ONE Stage branding, Academy videos, lesson designs, text, graphics, and software are owned by us or licensed to us. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive permission to use the materials made available to you for your own participation and learning.

Do not sell, redistribute, publicly upload, or remove ownership notices from private course materials without permission. Nothing here restricts uses that applicable law permits. TikTok and other third-party names, logos, interfaces, and assets remain the property of their respective owners.

09. Community standards

Use the Services respectfully and lawfully. You must not:

• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, exploit, or disclose private information about another person.
• Submit fraudulent applications, false results, impersonations, or unauthorized content.
• Upload malware, interfere with the Services, or access another person’s account or private data.
• Bypass access controls, extract private course materials, or collect personal data without authorization.
• Manipulate engagement, arrange fraudulent gifting, or use the Services to evade TikTok rules.

Follow the applicable community, copyright, safety, and monetization rules of every platform you use. Respectful collaboration and voluntary fan support are part of a healthy creator community.

10. TikTok and other services

ONE Stage is operated by JAXE Entertainment LLC and is a separate business from TikTok. Our TikTok partnership does not mean TikTok operates this website, provides the Academy, or guarantees your results. Using TikTok, authorizing a connection, accepting an invitation, or purchasing through another service is subject to that service’s own terms and privacy notices.

TikTok controls its accounts, LIVE availability, Gifts, Diamonds, reward calculations, withdrawals, restrictions, and eligibility. Feature availability and monetary values can change by region and over time. We cannot promise a fixed exchange rate, revenue share, payment amount, account protection, or restoration of a restricted account.

You remain responsible for your content, applicable rights, your dealings with third parties, and any taxes or reporting obligations that apply to your income. Links and embedded third-party tools do not make us the operator of those services.

11. Information and communications

Providing the Services involves processing your application details, submitted media, authorized TikTok profile information, Academy progress, and support communications as applicable to your use. A TikTok connection provides only the information permitted by the authorization you grant; it is not access to your TikTok password.

We use your contact details for application updates, access and security messages, learning completion notices, and Academy reminders. You can manage Academy reminder preferences through the link or settings provided with those reminders. Essential account and application messages may still be necessary to provide the Services.

For questions about personal information, access, correction, deletion, or disconnecting your account, contact hi@onestagehq.com. Disconnecting an external platform does not necessarily delete information you separately submitted to ONE Stage; tell us if you also want to request deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements.

12. Ending access

You may stop using the Services at any time and contact us to request account closure. Ending a ONE Stage account does not automatically end a separate agreement or remove an agency relationship inside TikTok; those arrangements must be handled through the applicable process.

We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, safety concerns, fraud, legal requirements, or a discontinued service. Where reasonably practicable and lawful, we will explain a restriction and give you an opportunity to contact us about it. We may act immediately when needed to protect people, accounts, or the Services.

13. Service responsibilities

We aim to provide useful, reliable Services, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free materials, or a particular artistic, financial, or platform outcome. We may maintain, correct, or update the Services. Tell us about a problem so we can investigate.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of anticipated income, or losses caused by independent third-party platform decisions, outages, or services. This does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability protected by mandatory law.

14. Updates and your rights

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the Services or legal requirements. We will post the updated version and effective date here, and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law. Changes do not take away rights or remedies that already arose under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer, privacy, or other rights available where you live. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. For a question or dispute, contact us first so we can try to resolve it; this does not prevent you from using available legal remedies.
